*Screenshots needed to be sent to TL for Flights along with the quotation file & msg: –
- Client SS
- Price Match
- XE (Currency exchange SS) GBP – if required
- Copy of Cust Wallet/credit sheet (In case of credit usage)
*Attachments to be added in the flight quotation file:
• Client SS
• Baggage Allowance
• Conversion Rate in GBP
*Price Match Rule:
– if the client SS was sent within two hours.
– Exact price-match is required for flights.
– If we can’t find a price match, we should mention TLs and DMs and everyone and ask for a price match on the price match channel.
– If no one can find a price match, we can ask the customer if the SS shared was recent using the relevant template. If the SS shared is not recent. We can ask the client to resend.
– (Rare case) If the client sent a recent SS and it’s the same price we should make a team’s meeting with the client and let the client do the search during the call and then we can take SS from his price live and use it as a price match.
*How to calculate the Price Match percentage:
The difference divided by the client’s price, multiply 100.
Example:
- Customer rate is: 1600 GBP
- My Rate is: 1750 GBP
- Difference = 1750 – 1600 = 150GBP
So, our calculation will be:
150 / 1600 = 0.0938 0.0938 X 100 = 9.38%
Which is below 10%, so we can proceed.
**We need to always price match with the same currency**
When calculating the price for the flight, we need to stick to the client price

In Saudi Airlines “Multi-city flight” we need to put the date for the first leg before anything then start to add the rest of the search details to avoid website crashes or errors.
