Depending on the product / promotion, the refund will be back to the GTO wallet as one of two conditions: 

1. Back to the same product wallet: 
    
   Example: 
   Customer requested a refund for Magic pass credit; it will be back as Magic pass credit. This means that the customer will be able to book with this credit using the magic pass T&C.  
    
    

2. Back as wallet credit / Travel pounds: 
    

Example: 
Customer requested a refund for a booking where he used the 80% promo. The amount will be refunded back to the GTO wallet as wallet credit / Travel pounds.  
To use the credit, below T&Cs will apply: 
 
– To book a hotel: 7 days’ notice is required 
– To book a Flight: 14 days’ notice is required
