1. Booking Procedure
- Live inventory and sellable cabin categories are displayed on www.starsonboard.net.
- Client passport copies are mandatory to avoid spelling or data entry errors.
- Booking requests must be emailed to: info@starsonboard.me.
- Stars on Board issues the invoice to the agency.
- Booking confirmation is released only after full payment is received.
2. Payment & Settlement Terms
- Payment must be settled within 5 days after final booking confirmation.
- Installment plans may be considered when booking multiple cabins.
- Booking confirmations are issued only upon receipt of payment.
3. Pricing Notes
- All cabin prices are in USD.
- Prices are subject to change and may increase at any time without prior notice.
- Additional cabin categories, prices, and conditions are available on the official website.
4. Cancellation, Changes & Name Policy
- Before 12 August 2025:
- Full refund applicable
- USD 200 cancellation fee per cabin
- After 12 August 2025:
- 100% non-refundable for any reason
- No exceptions
- Guest Name Change:
- Allowed up to 5 days before departure
- Cabin Changes:
- First change: Free of charge
- Second change onward: USD 150 administrative fee per change
- Stars on Board reserves the right to substitute or cancel any confirmed artists due to unforeseen circumstances. Programs are subject to change without notice.
5. What Is Included in the Stateroom Price
- 4 Nights / 5 Days cruise onboard Freedom of the Seas
- Cabin accommodation
- Applicable taxes and gratuities
- Access to Stars Concerts for 4 nights at the Royal Theater
- Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner at complimentary restaurants
- Daily DJ and 1-man show entertainment at the pool deck
- Free access to onboard casino (gaming areas and slot machines)
- Free access to fitness facilities (gym)
6. What Is NOT Included in the Stateroom Price
- Flight tickets and transfers
- Room service
- Babysitting services
- SPA & salon services
- Specialty dining restaurants
- Alcoholic and soft drinks (packages available for pre-booking)
- Internet access (Wi-Fi & satellite services)
- Shore excursions
- Travel insurance
- Pre- or post-cruise hotel stays
- Photography, art purchases, gift shop items, video arcade
- Laundry services
- Medical center services
- Any meals, events, or tours while in port
7. Optional Cancellation Insurance
- Available only at the time of booking
- USD 250 per person
- Allows booking cancellation for any reason before 12 December 2025
- Fee is charged immediately per person
- Clients must explicitly accept or decline this option at booking stage
